Dendrite Japan Signs Largest Ever Services Agreement; Agreement Marks Milestone in Dendrite's Strategic Plan to Expand Into Japanese Pharmaceutical Market.

Dendrite International, Inc. today announced it has signed its largest ever on-going service agreement in the Japanese market. Dendrite will provide Pfizer Japan K.K with a comprehensive range of ongoing services associated with the implementation and support of its sales force productivity tools, including j-forceWEB, which Pfizer Japan licensed earlier this year. Dendrite is the leading provider of CRM solutions, analytics, data and sales support services for the worldwide pharmaceutical industry (NASDAQ/NMS: DRTE).

Dendrite Japan has established a dedicated team of project management, technical, customer service and training resources to provide Pfizer with an extensive range of implementation, development, solution integration, help center and training services.
