Multi-Year Agreements Signed With Teijin Ltd and TORII PHARMACEUTICAL

CO., LTD. to Provide Sales Effectiveness Solution to 1,100 Users

Dendrite International, Inc. today announced that it has taken another vital step in its strategic goal to expand its global reach into the Japanese pharmaceutical market. The company has signed a three-year agreement with Teijin Ltd and a five-year agreement with TORII PHARMACEUTICAL CO., LTD. to implement the j-forceWEB(TM) solution, which will be purchased through Dendrite's partner Hitachi Ltd. Teijin and TORII will be implementing j-forceWEB to over 1,100 users throughout the two organizations. Dendrite is the leading provider of CRM solutions, analytics, data and sales support services for the worldwide pharmaceutical industry (NASDAQ/NMS: DRTE).

Dendrite Japan will also provide a comprehensive array of supporting services to both Teijin's and TORII's sales and marketing organizations as part of the multi-year service agreements.
