Based in Corona, California, Watson's Generics division markets over 150 pharmaceutical product families, including one of the (WPI WPI - Worcester Polytechnic Institute ) in a transaction anticipated to close on that date. The merger is still subject to TheraTech shareholders approval. Dendrite International, headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey Morristown is a town in Morris County, New Jersey, United States.
