These services complement the company's current deployment of Dendrite's WebForce(TM) sales channel management suite, which this company has successfully utilized to drive sales force productivity on a national basis for a number of years.

The agreement marks the single largest contract ever awarded to Dendrite, reinforces Dendrite's strategic partnership with this client, and further enhances Dendrite's position as the leading provider of sales and marketing business process outsourcing Business process outsourcing (BPO) is the contracting of a specific business task, such as payroll, to a third-party service provider. The contract also incorporates support of all field-critical applications to optimize sales effectiveness, with opportunities to enhance services as business needs change.
