Dendrite Expands ForceOne Software Deployment With Global Agreement for Major CPG Client; Dendrite to Offer ForceOne in Three Additional European Countries.

Dendrite International, Inc. (NASDAQ/ NMS:DRTE) today announced that the company has signed an expanded software license agreement for ForceOne, its specialized Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) solution, for a current CPG client. The expansion will involve sales forces located in three major European countries.

ForceOne is the solution of choice for consumer products companies requiring an industry-specific product that can integrate their retail merchandising and key account management activities. Offering an open architecture with functionality that is reliable, highly flexible and configurable, ForceOne allows for easy integration of third-party data from information sources such as A.C. Nielsen, IRI and Planogram.

In 1998, this CPG client licensed Dendrite's ForceOne software for its retail sales force in the United States and Canada. The successful on-time implementation was visible to other regions of the company which led to this agreement that encompasses Western Europe. This also marks the second time that Dendrite's CPG offerings have been extended beyond France where the initial business began.

This commitment for 500 additional sales reps is a significant add-on to the original contract.
