Dendrite indicated that MDM reported approximately $7.5 million in sales in 2003 and that the acquisition is expected to be neutral to earnings this year and accretive in 2005 and beyond. The transaction is valued at an aggregate consideration of $8 million, consisting of $5 million in cash and $3 million in stock.
