Dendrite Appoints Luke Beshar Chief Financial Officer; Committed to Achieving Aggressive Growth Goals.

Dendrite dendrite: see nervous system; synapse.  (NASDAQ/NMS: DRTE DRTE Defence Research Telecommunications Establishment ) today announced the appointment of Luke M. Beshar as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

At Expanets (formerly based in Berkeley Heights, NJ), Mr. Beshar helped grow the company from start-up to $1.2 billion of revenue in three years. He helped acquire and integrate 27 businesses in just over two years, and launched a leasing joint venture with The CIT n. 1. Mr. Beshar will replace CFO George Robson George Robson (February 24, 1909 - September 2, 1946) was a Canadian racecar driver active in the 1940s. Born in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England, Robson later moved to Ontario and finally to the U.S. in 1924. , who will remain with Dendrite as Executive Vice President to help execute an orderly transition and work with Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
