Bristol-Myers Squibb, Russia

Dendrite recently signed a multi-year agreement with Bristol-Myers Squibb Russia that further enhances its recent partnership with the company and continues Bristol-Myers Squibb's strategic plan to expand its service offerings into the global pharmaceutical marketplace. The contract enables Dendrite to implement its Medicheck(TM) system and provide licenses and services for Bristol-Myers Squibb's Russian Division.

Ashfield Healthcare Ltd., UK

Ashfield Healthcare Ltd., the second-largest provider of pharmaceutical contract sales force (CSO) resources in the UK, signed a multi-year agreement for licenses and services of Dendrite's WebForce(TM) solution. The agreement, which includes Dendrite's PharmaNet Connect(TM) product, will provide Ashfield's pharmaceutical representatives with the capability to more effectively manage all aspects of their pharmaceutical assignments through use of the state-of-the-art technology.

Biosintetica, Brazil

Biosintetica signed a contract for licenses and services of Dendrite's ForceAnalyzeRx(R) product that will be used as the cornerstone for the company's Marketing Intelligence Department, recently established to analyze market trends to shape the company's strategy in Brazil.

Abbott, Colombia

Abbott signed an agreement switching from Dendrite's Medicheck(TM) paper-based system to a fully automated territory management system. The recent agreement is the result of a thorough benchmark analysis and evaluation of multiple sales force effectiveness (SFE) solutions. Abbott Colombia chose Dendrite's Medicheck(TM) because of its ability to specifically meet the company's unique requirements.

Roche, Colombia

Roche Colombia has signed an agreement extending the use of Dendrite's Medicheck(TM) sales force effectiveness solution in the Colombian market. The Medicheck solution will remain the sales force effectiveness solution of choice for nearly 130 of Roche Colombia's pharmaceutical sales representatives. The agreement is a continuation of an ongoing relationship that began two years ago, and firmly establishes Dendrite as the purveyor of tools directly supporting the sales force in this emerging market.

Sanofi Synthelabo, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland

Dendrite recently entered into a three-year agreement with Sanofi Synthelabo to implement Dendrite's SalesPlus(TM) system and provide licenses and services to Sanofi Synthelabo's entire Nordic division, comprised of Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
