Dendrite's Salesplus Europe Signs Tecnifar Portugal and Bioderma France; Tecnifar Marks First Dendrite Client in Portugal.

MORRISTOWN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 2000

(NASDAQ/NMS:DRTE DRTE Defence Research Telecommunications Establishment ) today announced that its SalesPlus Europe division has signed licensing agreements with Tecnifar, a Portuguese pharmaceutical company, and Bioderma, a dermatological division of Holland-based Ogekos. These agreements include SalesPlus software and support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  for the Bioderma sales forces in France and for Tecnifar in Portugal.

SalesPlus Europe is a sales force effectiveness (SFE See Sydney Futures Exchange. ) system exclusively designed for the European pharmaceutical industry. SalesPlus has also been designed to encourage rapid acceptance by the field force, thus helping medical representatives remain ahead of the competition. SalesPlus has been developed in the knowledge that pharmaceutical companies need to manage more complex information with the right analytical reporting tools and this at all organization levels.

Dendrite was signed for three years as a result of past success with similar companies and was the only vendor to provide the appropriate module Bioderma was requesting.
