Dendrite's SalesPlus Europe Signs Sanofi-Synthelabo and Bayer Belgium to Three Year Agreements.

Dendrite International, Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS:DRTE DRTE Defence Research Telecommunications Establishment ) today announced that its SalesPlus Europe division has signed three-year licensing agreements with global pharmaceutical companies, Sanofi-Synthelabo, based in Paris, France and Bayer Belgium, based in Leverkusen, Germany.

Daniel Falque, Business Manager of Sanofi-Synthelabo, said, "With the merging of Sanofi and Synthelabo, we became the second largest French pharmaceutical company, and felt we needed a reputable system that could offer us a comprehensive package of proven software and services to support our objectives. SalesPlus effectively met all of our needs."

Noting that SalesPlus Europe was chosen to replace Walsh, Sanofi-Synthelabo`s previous sales force effectiveness provider, Dendrite Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  John Bailye said, "SalesPlus will provide Sanofi-Synthelabo with essential tools and capabilities necessary to increase the effectiveness of their sales representatives in today's more competitive market. Bailye added that Dendrite is also pleased with Bayer Belgium's extension of their licensing agreement with SalesPlus Europe for an additional three years.
