States and France

Dendrite International, Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS:DRTE) today announced that its Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) division has signed comprehensive agreements for ForceOne 3.0 software and services with Wells' Dairy, Inc., a premier dairy and frozen product manufacturer and distributor based in Le Mars, Iowa and with Coty, a leading manufacturer and marketer of fragrances, color cosmetics and skin treatments in the mass and prestige markets.

Specially designed for OTC and Packaged Goods companies, ForceOne is the state-of-the art system that provides a real time warehouse of customer and market information focused on giving sales professionals by account, specific data to help create a competitive edge.

Wells' selected Dendrite as an SFE partner for a number of reasons, according to Mike E. Kooistra, Director of Business Applications at Wells' Dairy, who noted that Dendrite technology preferably supported the company's direction with the use of the Oracle database on the backend and a clean, easy-to-use synchronization process for the remote users.

Kooistra continued, "In addition, the standard functionality offered with the Dendrite's ForceOne modules was feature-rich and matched our needs much more closely than any other SFE tool on the market. Also, the flexibility offered with the ForceOne configuration will allow us to configure the tool to match our business needs not only for the short term, but for years to come as our company continues to expand our markets and services."

Coty has signed global agreements with Dendrite, including both the ForceOne 3.0 product and full implementation, configuration, and maintenance services with remote technical operations and user support. Dendrite will begin deployment of ForceOne in France. Coty selected Dendrite's ForceOne system due to its fast implementation time and leading edge technology.
