Dendrite's CRM Center of Excellence Passes Three-Year ISO 9001:2000 Recertification Audit; Recertification Reflects Continued Commitment to Maintaining the Highest Quality Management Standards.

(NASDAQ: DRTE) a leading provider of sales, marketing, clinical and compliance solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, today announced that its CRM Center of Excellence, located in Norcross, Georgia, received its three-year ISO 9001:2000 recertification audit. The recertification was conducted by TUV America Inc.'s Management Service Division, an accredited management systems registrar in the U.S., Europe and Asia. TUV confirmed that the CRM Center of Excellence's Quality Management System meets the internationally recognized standards of quality in its management and service procedures. ISO 9001:2000 requires careful documentation of all quality management procedures and evidence of a consistent Quality methodology in conformance with the international standard. The facility has been continuously ISO-certified since 1998.

During the four-day audit, Dendrite's CRM Center of Excellence, which has been ISO 9001 certified since 2003 and previously ISO 9002 certified since 1998, was found to have zero non-conformance issues. TUV analyzed Dendrite's quality process model and its methods for demonstrating continual improvement and customer satisfaction. In addition, it evaluated the accuracy of the metrics used to determine how effectively internal processes are working with a focus on improving results.
