Dencor Announces Change of Name to Reliable Power Systems Inc., Ticker Symbol Change to ``RPSI'' and Reverse Stock Split.

Dencor Energy Cost Controls, a designer and manufacturer of energy savings systems and industrial and residential energy management systems, has changed its name to Reliable Power Systems Inc., and its OTCBB OTCBB

On February 14, Dencor announced a merger with Reliable Power Systems Inc. and stated that the combined company intends to augment the Dencor product line and focus on: 1) power quality and reliability technologies; 2) energy information management technologies; and 3) niche distributive generation.

The change in the ticker symbol is in accordance with the announced merger between Dencor and Reliable Power Systems and the adoption of the Reliable Power Systems name. The Dencor name will be retained for use with the existing Dencor product line. The company also reverse split its common stock one (1) for eighteen (18) in accordance with the announced merger. The company now has 10,563,878 common shares and 300,000 Series B redeemable preferred shares Preferred shares
