Denbury Resources Hosts Analyst Conference.

DALLAS -- Denbury Resources Inc. (NYSE:DNR), announced today that Denbury's management is hosting a conference in New Orleans for analysts and asset managers on March 23, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. CT, where they will be presenting updated operational and financial data.
