E[acute accent]In conjunction with the upcoming conferences, the Company reported that it has recently acquired an additional 22,000 net acres in the Barnett Shale play in Erath, Somervell, Hill, Hamilton, Hood, Bosque, Palo Pinto, Comanche, and Johnson counties, South and West of Fort Worth, Texas, at an average cost of approximately $500 per acre. The Company has a total of approximately 40,000 net acres in the Barnett Shale play.
