Denali Announces Move to Nasdaq Small Cap Market.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 2000

Denali Incorporated (Nasdaq:DNLI) today announced that the listing of its common stock will move from The Nasdaq National Market to The Nasdaq Small Cap Market effective the opening of the market on May 1, 2000. The Company's Common Stock will continue to trade under its current symbol "DNLI."
