KABUL Kabul (kä`bl, kəbl`), city (1997 est. pop. 1,500,000), capital of Afghanistan and of Kabul prov. (PAN): The main Kabul-Jalalabad Highway was blocked for one hour due to demonstration protest of disables in eastern Sarobi Sarobi is a town betwenn Kabul and Jalalabad in Afghanistan.
