Martin Thomas "Marty" Meehan (born December 30, 1956) is an American attorney and politician from the state of Massachusetts.

Sponsored by Representative Marty Meehan (D-MA) with 136 cosponsors, the bill is currently in committee. , which seeks to repeal The Annulment or abrogation of a previously existing statute by the enactment of a later law that revokes the former law.

The revocation of the law can either be done through an express repeal
 the military's antigay "don't ask, don't tell" policy.
