Sales Team Additions to Focus on Alliances, Direct Sales and

Technical Account Management

Luis Figueroa was hired as senior director of strategic alliances to create and drive partnership sales strategies and revenues. To provide technical account management for Demantra's customers, Jeff Jones and Hean Chin will assume the role of program managers for professional services; Colin McComb will fill the role of technical account manager; and Chao-Ming Ying will provide programming expertise as a pre-sales developer. Mike Collins, J.R. Rinkle and Jon McLain were recruited to join Demantra's direct sales force.

As senior director of alliances, Luis Figueroa will leverage more than 18 years of expertise in project management and consulting to FORTUNE 500 companies in order to foster global relationships for Demantra. Prior to joining Demantra, he was principal of the Internet Business Solutions Group at Cisco Systems. He has also held business development positions at Andersen LLP and Consilium, Inc.

Jeff Jones and Hean Chin will oversee the customer implementations across Demantra's product lines, support existing customer relationships in their territories and cultivate new ones. Jeff Jones joins Demantra with more than 25 years of experience in account management and client services. Previously, Jones was project manager at Cargill Salt where he led the company's software implementation efforts. Signing on with Demantra from i2 Technologies, Chin brings a wealth of knowledge in supply chain management, logistics and distributed order management. He worked on implementation efforts for major retailers such as The Home Depot and Kmart Corp.

Colin McComb will take on the position of technical account manager at Demantra to manage global customer accounts and contribute to new sales for software and professional services. He has nearly 10 years of experience in supply chain management software implementations, product management and construction project management. Previously, McComb worked at Numetrix/J.D. Edwards where he led a team of 13 consultants working on clients in the consumer packaged goods and life sciences industries.

As part of the direct sales force, Mike Collins, J.R. Rinkle and Jon McLain will manage key accounts, expanding Demantra's direct sales reach in the North American market, and helping to communicate the value of Demantra Spectrum(TM) to new customers. Collins will leverage his impressive sales record selling supply chain management software to generate additional opportunities for Demantra. Previously, Collins was a strategic sales executive at Yantra Corporation. Rinkle, formerly a sales representative at enterprise software companies Xpedtec and Chesapeake Decision Sciences, joins Demantra's West Coast sales force. He successfully exceeded quotas every year for more than 15 years in sales positions at both companies, and will play an essential role in helping Demantra expand its new business efforts. Jon McLain held senior sales positions with SynQuest, Inc., Logility, Inc. and Oracle. He will use his extensive background to lead Demantra's Midwestern sales force in the consumer product goods and manufacturing sectors.

Chao-Ming Ying will play a principal role in the development of product demos for Demantra's large- and mid-sized customers. Ying signs on with Demantra to lead the pre-sales process and design demand planning technical architecture. Before joining Demantra, Ying was a senior consultant at i2 Technologies, working on clients such as General Motors, Caterpillar and Cooper Tire and Rubber Co.
