Revenues for the second quarter of 2000 were $145,695, compared to $82,902 for the first quarter of 2000, an increase of 76%. The Company realized a net loss of $2,199,422 during the second quarter of 2000, compared to a net loss of $1,484,626 during the first quarter of 2000. Diluted di·lute

DemandStar successfully completed the rights offering for its common stock as of May 1, 2000, in which approximately $5,900,000 was raised after offering expenses. DemandStar's ending cash balance for the second quarter of 2000 was $4,723,839.
