DemandStar Corrects EPS for Q-2.

:DMND) announced today that diluted EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) A PostScript file format used to transfer a graphic image between applications and platforms. EPS files contain PostScript code as well as an optional preview image in TIFF, WMF, PICT or EPSI, the latter being an ASCII-only format.  for the second quarter of 2000 is $ (.40) per share instead of $ (.29) as previously released on July 20, 2000. The change is due to a correction in the weighted average number of shares outstanding for the second quarter following DemandStar's rights offering in May 2000. The actual shares outstanding for the second quarter of 7, 638,480 and the net loss of $2,199,422 remain unchanged.
