Deltek Reports $150M in Record Total Revenue, 25% Increase from 2004; New Leadership, Expanded Products Contribute to Industry-Leading Growth.

HERNDON, Va. -- Deltek, the leading enterprise software vendor for project-based businesses, today announced record-breaking total revenue exceeding $150 million for its fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2005, a 25 percent increase over the previous year. License and professional services revenues both recorded increases in excess of 25% when compared to the prior year. This is the second consecutive year that Deltek's growth has exceeded 20 percent.

In 2005, Deltek welcomed new executive leaders to their successful management team, whose extensive expertise and strategic vision have primed Deltek for continued growth. Former PeopleSoft co-president Kevin Parker now leads as CEO, while industry leaders Jim Reagan and Bill Clark respectively serve as CFO and CMO.

The company also acquired leading financial management software firm Wind2 in October 2005, increasing Deltek's customer base to 11,000 firms and furthering the company's dominance in a number of key vertical markets, including architecture/ engineering (A/E) and government contracting. Today Deltek clients represent more than 81 percent of the 500 largest revenue-generating A/E firms in the United States, as ranked by Engineering News-Record in 2005. In addition, nearly 65 percent of the largest government contractors are Deltek clients, as ranked by Washington Technology. Of Deltek's record 25 percent revenue growth, two percent was attributed to the Wind2 acquisition.
