Deltek Names Holly Kortright New Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

HERNDON, Va. -- Deltek, the leading provider of enterprise management software for project-focused organizations, has named Holly Kortright as the company's new Senior Vice President of Human Resources. With 15 years of experience in human resources leadership, consulting, organizational development and process engineering, Kortright will oversee all human resources functions at Deltek.

Most recently, Kortright was Vice President of Human Resources for Capital One Financial Corporation, where she led a team of human resources consultants in providing strategic guidance and change management expertise to the company's IT enterprise worldwide. In seven years at Capital One, Kortright held various positions including Director of Human Resources, Director of Leadership Development and Senior Management Development Consultant. Kortright has also previously served as a human resources advisor at Mobil Oil Corporation, a consultant and project manager for Hay Management Consultants and a senior consultant for Andersen Consulting.
