SIMS Deltec, Inc. (Deltec) has launched a new Batch Programming feature for its CADD-DIPLOMAT(R) PC Communications System In telecommunication, a communications system is a collection of individual communications networks, transmission systems, relay stations, tributary stations, and data terminal equipment (DTE) usually capable of interconnection and interoperation to form an integrated whole.  designed to help reduce medication errors in post-op pain programs.

The Batch Programming feature of the CADD-DIPLOMAT(R) system allows clinicians to program and save pump settings for specific pump protocols on a PC and then download the protocols to CADD-Prizm(R) PCS (1) (Personal Communications Services) Refers to wireless services that emerged after the U.S. government auctioned commercial licenses in 1994 and 1995. This radio spectrum in the 1.  II pumps. This reduces the chance for pump programming errors while maintaining a consistent, standardized infusion program. This also allows clinicians to feel secure knowing that they have programmed the pumps without errors, and less stressed knowing they can program the pumps quickly.
