Delta Three to Begin Trial Operations With PTT of OMAN; General Telecommunications Organization GTO of Oman Joins Delta Three Network Partnership Program.

NEW YORK and MUSCAT, Oman--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 4, 1999--Delta Three, Inc., a division of RSL Communications Ltd. (NASDAQ: RSLCF), has announced that General Telecommunications Organization (GTO), the exclusive provider of telecommunications services in the Sultanate of Oman, has signed on as a member of the Delta Three Network Partnership Program. The GTO will install Ericsson's Internet Protocol Telephony Solution and connect to the Delta Three Global Internet Telephony network.

GTO Oman is the fifth major telco to join the Delta Three Network Partnership Program. Other members include Telenor Nextel (Norway), Iceland Telecom, ONSE (South Korea) and KPN (The Netherlands).

Based on market research, Delta Three anticipates a tremendous interest in Internet Telephony from the people of Oman. In response to this interest, GTO will provide Delta Three Internet Telephony services including retail calling cards, direct dial long distance, PC-to-Phone software and expects to provide an array of value added services currently being developed by Delta Three. The initial products will be available from the GTO website and retail outlets next month.
