CORPTAX(R) ETS (Enterprise Tax System), a fully integrated and browser-driven compliance and planning tax software system, has been introduced by Deloitte & Touche Tax Technologies LLC, the tax technology division of Deloitte & Touche LLP. The new software provides users with an intuitive interface and virtually seamless integration across functional tax areas, and is driven by an Internet browser, which allows for global access via a company's intranet.

Deloitte calls CORPTAX ETS the first enterprise tax system, encompassing federal, state and international compliance and planning for corporate, partnership, Sub Chapter 5, REIT (real estate investment trust) and RIC (regulated investment company) entities under a single umbrella. By integrating essentially all aspects of compliance and planning within one system, CORPTAX ETS can replace the current practice of relying on a combination of multiple software systems and manual processes.

The browser-driven design provides for remote access capabilities on a worldwide basis. This architecture gives tax professionals the flexibility to easily handle remote processing or multiple tax departments or locations, while also providing an efficient telecommuting solution.
