Delmar Learning acquires Aspen Publishers' clinical looseleaf portfolio.

The company provides products and services for professionals in the health, tax, accounting, corporate, financial services, legal and regulatory, and education sectors.  company, is continuing its steady divestiture of its newsletters, looseleaf services, and other information products not related to the legal and business fields. Earlier this year, Aspen sold its 20-newsletter education division (NL/NL 4/15/03). One year ago, Aspen sold its Health Care Book Publishing Division to Jones and Bartlett Publishers Inc.
