Dell Online Technical Support Adopts Adante 2.0 Customer E-mail Management Software.

Adante, a leading supplier of customer interaction solutions for the Internet, today announced that Dell Online Technical Support has upgraded to Adante 2.0, the latest release of the company's customer e-mail management software.

Dell, whose leading e-commerce web site is known for generating over $4 million in daily revenues, has been using Adante for Dell Online Technical Support since early 1997. Dell has been an active participant in beta trials for both Adante 1.0 and 2.0 and now manages up to 40,000 e-mails per month using the software.
