), one of the nation's leading small-business groups, today announced the 10 small businesses that have been named finalists in the Dell/NFIB Small Business Excellence in Customer Experience Award.

The Dell/NFIB Small Business Excellence in Customer Experience Award finalists were selected for their spirits of innovation by members of the Herb Kelleher Herbert D. Kelleher (born March 12, 1931) is the co-founder, Chairman and former CEO of Southwest Airlines (based in the United States).

Kelleher was born and raised in Haddon Heights, New Jersey.

. Through an extensive application process, small-business owners were challenged to illustrate how they have used information technology to drive a significant change or developed a competitive advantage in delivering excellent customer value and experience.

"Those entrepreneurs who are making technology a major part of their business plan and finding new and better ways of serving their customers will continue to be the key drivers of our economy."

--SBTV-Small Business Television, St. Louis, Mo., a multi-platform media company that provides news and information both via the Internet and a televised news magazine.

--Smart Furniture, Inc., Chattanooga, Tenn., a provider of custom organizational, workspace and display solutions for homes, offices and stores.
