Delivery of double honours.


AN EXPRESS delivery giant based in Warwickshire has earned two top honours at an international awards ceremony.

TNT's winning customer care submission outlined 16 new customer-led initiatives which it had put in place in the past 12 months.

Stuart Stobie, divisional managing director, TNT Express UK, said: "We have won many honours in the past but this is the first time we have won two awards that are so clearly linked to our customers.

"It's a powerful testimony to our clear commitment to continually develop and improve everything we do at TNT, and our customers can clearly see we're doing things the right way."
