Delaware considers mandatory recycling.Delaware's Recycling recycling, the process of recovering and reusing waste products—from household use, manufacturing, agriculture, and business—and thereby reducing their burden on the environment. Public Advisory Council met in early January to work on a bill creating a mandatory statewide recycling program. The council sought final approval on documents that contained recommendations for implementing the recycling program prior to submitting them to Gov. She is a member of the Democratic Party, who served in the Delaware General Assembly, two terms as Lieutenant Governor of Delaware, and is the incumbent and members of the General Assembly.
