"The style of play is going to be better for me because I'm not the best in the air. It's also nice for wee Zemmama to keep the ball on the deck.

"The fans love him and he creates a lot of chances for players. His wee touches and passing are brilliant and it's good to have him back."

Nish tapped in an eighthminute opener from overlapping full-back Paul Hanlon's cross then lifted David van Zanten's through ball over Pars keeper Greg Fleming for a 33rd-minute second.

After the break Riordan knocked home Zemmama's centre in the 55th minute before Johansson completed the scoring with the last attack of the game.

"I just say to the players, 'Make sure you come with me'."

Dunfermline hit the post through Andy Kirk but ultimately the gulf in class was too much. Boss Jim McIntyre said: "They won't come up against that type of opposition every week.

"You don't want to get beaten 4-0 at any time but it's about learning and knowing what it takes to play at that level."
