"Del Webb's key competitive difference is our focus on the mature market, building for those over age 55," said Philip J. Dion, Del Webb's chairman and chief executive officer.

Del Webb, which has $1 billion in assets, recently sold its 50,000th Sun City home. No other builder has even approached this record of performance in developing and selling homes specifically for Americans age 55 or older.

With the number of Americans age 55-64 growing almost 100 percent in the next 25 years, Del Webb's prospects for continued prosperity are strong.
