) has made another significant addition to its management team with the hiring of Del Monte Foods Del Monte Foods (NYSE: DLM) is an American food production and distribution company based in San Francisco, California.

Stevens, 55, comes to Monterey Pasta following a 31-year career with San Francisco-based Del Monte Foods, where he most recently served as vice president of Manufacturing for the $1.5 billion consumer-products company, responsible for the company's 14 U.S. manufacturing plants.

Stevens was appointed in 1990 by Governor Pete Wilson to the advisory committee of the California Agricultural Cooperative Bargaining Association.
