Del Monte Foods Completes Acquisition of Agrilink's Cambria, Wisconsin Vegetable Facility.

) and Agrilink Foods, Inc. Rochester, N.Y., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pro-Fac Cooperative (Nasdaq: PFACP), today jointly announced they have completed the sale of Agrilink's Cambria, Wisconsin vegetable processing facility to Del Monte Foods. The sale includes an agreement for Del Monte to produce a portion of Agrilink's product needs during the 2000 packing season. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
