Del Mar Database has released the next generation of WebTrac(R), which provides users with remote access to its flagship software, DataTrac(R). WebTrac increases the amount and type of loan information that can be shared electronically and expands the types of devices that can be used to access that information to include Web-enabled cell phones and PDAs.

DataTrac leverages a lender's existing mortgage applications to increase profitability through workflow efficiencies and business intelligence. The software reduces duplicate data entry and adds several layers of security that protect the integrity of loan information throughout the entire process.

WebTrac has been re-platformed to empower DataTrac clients to more readily customize the services and information they want to make available to their loan officers and brokers. The new look-and-feel and extended feature set of WebTrac allow clients to provide an even higher level of customer service to their originators.
