By tying overall expense directly to loan volume, the transaction plan offers a low-cost alternative for lenders wanting to take advantage of the DataTrac Suite's productivity and efficiency benefits while eliminating investment risk. Although available to lenders of any size, Del Mar Database's transaction pricing plan is designed for the small lender that plans on growing its mortgage banking business, but needs to leverage its cash for warehouse lines and other operational needs.
