: DGTC) today announced an increase in its common stock buy-back program under which the Company intends to purchase up to an additional $2,000,000 of its common stock. The Company has purchased to date approximately $3,500,000 of its common stock under its existing $4,500,000 common stock buy-back program.

The stock purchases will be made from time to time, depending on market conditions, in the open market, and in privately negotiated transactions. The Company currently has approximately 7.8 million shares outstanding.
