(DGTC) ("Del Global") today announced certain developments in connection with an ongoing investigation by the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. BACKGROUND As previously announced, on March 8, 2002 RFI Corporation, a subsidiary of the Company and part of its Power Conversion Group segment, was served with a subpoena subpoena (səpē`nə) [Lat.,=under penalty], in law, an order to a witness to appear before a court. A subpoena ad testificandum [Lat. by the US Attorney for the Eastern District of New York in connection with an investigation by the DOD. RFI supplies electro-magnetic noise suppression filters for communications and defense applications.
