Financial Group Inc. in a $415 million deal, Westside brokers Hunt Barnett, Rick Buckley and Hunt Barnett have left to join Madison Partners. The 1999 departure of Barnett, Buckley and Houge from CB for Insignia resulted in a bitter legal fight that was settled in 2001. The three found themselves back at CB when the deal with Insignia was struck, and speculation swirled as to how long they would remain. The three will not be moving into Madison's Wilshire Boulevard Wilshire Boulevard is one of the principal east-west arterial roads in Los Angeles, California, United States. It was named for H.
