Degussa and Silpro create joint operation.


Degussa GmbH GmbH Gesellschaft mit Beschränkter Haftung (German: limited liability company; business entity) , Duesseldorf, Germany Germany (jûr`mənē), Ger. Deutschland, officially Federal Republic of Germany, republic (2005 est. pop. 82,431,000), 137,699 sq mi (356,733 sq km). , and Silicium de Provence (Silpro), St. Auban, France, have signed a letter of intent for the development of a joint fence to fence operation at Silpro's site in St. Auban.
