Degussa Chemical Ltd. (QDCC QDCC Quadratic Double Circulant Code ) in Qingdao, China. QDCC. located in the Shandong Shandong or Shantung (both: shän-d ng) [east of the (Taishan) mountains], province (1994 est. pop. 86,520,000), c.59,000 sq mi (152,850 sq km), NE China. province, is a joint venture owned by Degussa and its partners Zhenya Carbon Black and DEG (Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH). QDCC currently operates a carbon black plant with an annual capacity of 50,000 metric tons. Degussa will be increasing capacity by over 20,000 metric tons by the end of 2004.
