Degree Controls, Inc. Acquires Integrated Quality Services (IQS).

MILFORD, N.H. and MARLBORO, Mass. -- Degree Controls, Inc. (DegreeC), a leading provider of state-of-the-art thermal and airflow technologies for the electronics and telecommunications industries, announced today that it has acquired Integrated Quality Services (IQS) of Marlboro, Massachusetts in an all asset purchase transaction. IQS is a provider of thermal management, regulatory compliance and engineering design services for the electronics industry.
