 into fine bubbles and spread evenly into the molten metal to entrap hydrogen and oxides. Three-dimensional flow can be generated by the bi-directional inclined-angle rotor blades, eliminating local eddies generated by single-directional rotor movement. Three-dimensional flow also helps bring up oxides sinking at the bottom of the pot. Hence, oxides easily can be removed to pour high-quality castings. The degasser is designed with adjustable speed and gas output and a user-friendly control panel.
