Defywire and webMethods Announce Settlement of Litigation.


HERNDON, Va. & FAIRFAX, Va. -- Defywire and webMethods, Inc. (Nasdaq:WEBM WEBM webMethods Inc. (stock abbreviation, AMEX) ) today jointly announced that the parties have reached a settlement of all claims between the two companies. As a result of the settlement, the companies have agreed to dismiss all claims in the litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right.
