Deflashing machines, parts and service are highlighted in this one-page bulletin. Technical data are presented for the Model SCC SCC - strongly connected component  750 cryogenic cryogenic /cry·o·gen·ic/ (-jen´ik) producing low temperatures.

The Model SCC 750 features a 10.5" color touch panel, 200 parts programs, an automatic and manual mode, a Siemens S7-200 PLC controller, Siemens Micromaster AC motor drives, fuseless and resettable motor protection, a 5 hp variable speed throw wheel motor, a 2 hp variable speed media feed, energy efficient inverter (1) A logic gate that converts the input to the opposite state for output. If the input is true, the output is false, and vice versa. An inverter performs the Boolean logic NOT operation.

(2) A circuit that converts DC current into AC current. Contrast with rectifier.
 duty motors, password protection and a free-standing enclosure. The deflashing system uses plastic cryogenic grade media (.030, .045 and .060). Available accessories include a catwalk/service platform, a vent collector, a flash collector, a dryer, a media dryer/hopper and an unload tray. The company offers start-up/training service. The Model SCC 750 comes with a one-year warranty.
