:DFNL) announced today that a shareholder meeting is being planned for February 24, 2000, to finalize the acquisition of RBSI RBSI Royal Bank of Scotland International . RBSI and its affiliates are involved in the Automated Teller Machine automated teller machine (ATM), device used by bank customers to process account transactions. Typically, a user inserts into the ATM a special plastic card that is encoded with information on a magnetic strip.  (ATM) and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) data processing industry. The RBSI companies provide ATM hardware, transaction processing switch software, transaction processing and management services. It is expected that changes and additions to the Board of Directors will be made at the shareholder meeting. RBSI brings to Definition, Ltd. a strong track record of sales and earnings, thus bringing more value to the company for our shareholders.
