:DFNL) is pleased to announce that it will have a booth at the NATPE NATPE National Association of Television Programming Executives  (National Association of Television and Production Executives) in January 2000 in New Orleans, LA.

We will be offering U.S. and foreign distribution at the show on the following:

1. "Medic" - 52 one hour shows starring Vince Edwards and a

recognizable guest star in each show.

2. "Cinnamon Bears" - 59 half-hour cartoon shows.

3. Eight additional feature films.
