These reports will be used by the DPs and, ultimately and most importantly, by the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA TMA Turnaround Management Association TMA Texas Medical Association TMA Transportation Management Association TMA Training and Management Assistance (a component of OHRD, which is a component of OWR) TMA Tooling & Manufacturing Association ). The TMA uses this data to determine capitation rates for each DP based on enrollment population and numbers.
