. The terms include providing replacement parts for the system. All revenue resulting from the contract will be recognized in calendar year 2005. The contract has been signed with a major defense industry contractor. The contract terms require confidentiality regarding the details of the solution and the parties.

This contract is a representation of Defense Technology's recently announced revitalization and redirection plan. The Company has endeavored over the last year to leverage its experience in providing digital communication infrastructure solutions to Fortune 1000 companies and expand into providing overall Homeland Security Noun 1. Management intends to build a Homeland Security product portfolio through acquisition that could add substantial annual revenue through potential acquisitions under negotiation.
